Accommodation, activities and packages

A 25% non-reimbursable deposit of the total amount (payable by credit card : VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club/EnRoute, American Express), guarantees your reservation. The balance can be paid in cash, direct payment or credit card upon arriving at the park.

Payment by bank order: Parc Aventures Cap Jaseux must receive the 25% non-reimbursable deposit within 10 business days following the reservation date, if not, your reservation will automatically become annulled.

If a client reserves accommodation for a set number of nights and doesn’t respect the policy, 25% of the total number of cancelled nights will be asked in compensation.

Activities will take place in whatever the weather, unless extreme weather conditions prohibit activities (ex: electrical storms, violent winds). The decision to cancel an activity is left to the judgement of the administrators of Parc Aventures Cap Jaseux. If an activity is cancelled by Park administrators, participants will receive a gift certificate equivalent to the value of cancelled activity, (No reimbursement), except for groups of 16 people or more, for who we will choose another activity.

It is your responsibility to ensure that each participant follows the access conditions for each activity and is present in advance of the activity and the Parc Aventures Cap Jaseux at the Front office.
